This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. It has a few bugs in it that I reported. It won't let you match cards. You cannot play a reverse on a reverse in this game. Uno rules say you can match ANY card when it is your turn. Skip on skip, +2 on +2, or others.

Not really uno if you can't say "UNO" when you are left with one card....

if you've just picked up & the card maches the one already down in coulor or number or is pick up 4 you can put it down
