Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. why would he put rails or bars in the car's windows iam sensing a paranoid person that doesn't want anyone to come in or out of that car if ever a carnapper tries to take it

Not bad, but it's made unfairly hard by the hard-to-click objects. Would be better if the cursor changed when rolling over objects that can be interacted with: especially when you're trying to use an item (like electrical tape) on them.
