I played all the way through. Needs a "next level" button. You could try making the number of ants based on a calculation so there are infinite levels and the goal is to get to the highest level.
I liked it.

idea 1) after a wave/lvl there can be a button to go to the next one
idea 2) upgrade system (like making them slower or having a chance to squash 2 ants at once)
