The cloud should slowly deflate if it doesn't get enough bubbles.

Why are all my bullets going through the big bubbles? that explains why i cant win i guess

I think you should higher the frame rate and make a bigger area to move on.

Really hard to prevent bubbles from going to the top at the beginning
but after a few upgrades it gets a lot easier
i think it would be better if the cloud could shrink instead of just grow
