This game is impossible to lose. You get: 12 starting towers, unlimited range, self-upgrading ‘swarming’ rapid-fire heat-seeking bullets, and an awesome preloader.

Ok, you need to have a break between waves, don't put dark green text on a light green background, add a specific number of lives to protect, and if you aren't going to use money/mana/whatever to buy towers, then provide a regular timer on new towers instead of per kill, because they get rapidly outclassed.
