do not let the ball hit the ground by bouncing the ball off of the paddle. i am a new programmer and plan on programming more advanced games later on. pl rate

i just updated so it goes faster over time and also there is a item that spawns randomly and if the ball hits it, it will slow the ball down again.

I'm back, bud, and trying to help. Haha. I couldn't get the mouse to work, or the sound to turn back on. And my friend asked if the ball got faster incrementally. I told him that it did not, and he said that it should. That's my next suggestion. Can the ball be made to go faster over time?

you must click the button in the corner to change controls or sound on/ off. i just updated so it goes faster over time and also there is a item that spawns randomly and if the ball hits is it will slow the ball down again.

I tell you what. It's a start. Try for Arrow key and WASD key control, and tone down the sound bit when the ball collides with the paddle. That's where I think you should take it anyway, for the sake of learning.

The update has made is so you can change the controls between mouse or WASD keys. It also allows for the volume to be muted.
