Pause doesn't pause it. Also there's a level that has a purple block on your spawn point that kills you, I suppose this is the end. When you die from the red block, you should be healed for next life. Nevertheless, it is pretty well done, if unoriginal, so I'll give you a 3.

hold left till u gain speed then press forward, there u have a bomb

if you get hurt then you go into the red lines you lose a life but stay hurt with your new ship.
