You town builder. Build and develop your city. The game starts with $ 30,000. Build houses, offices, shops, businesses, power plants. Change the tax rate and profit. If you do not have enough money, you can avail a loan. Build the city of huge proportions. You can save the game, that would continue to build in the future.

It seems good, But the game needs more features and instead earning yearly, why not monthly, It would bore the player since the game will not progress each month
