So since there currently is no backstory, here is my rendition: You are a result of a controversial experiment to genetically modify people. So far, all their experiments have failed (as evidenced from the mangled bodies in the tubes in the background), but you are the one. You have survived. They planned to kill and dissect you in order to figure out why you had survived so they can make the rest of their experiments work, but you decide that ain't happenin. So you bust out and the lab goes on lock-down, AKA Code Red: Subject has broken out and is trying to escape.
So that's my little story, + if you like it!

Can we have more backstory on this? like what is our protagonist and his/her spouse, why is it happening, etc. in the extended version?
there will be a lot of more content in the extended version, hopefully will be releasing it as a commercial edition in Steam, GoG, and more. <3

I like how the game makes the pacifist run challenging, but not impossible (certified). If only I could break the door terminal with other method than slashing (which can accidentally harm people around) it would be just perfect.
