Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. In this addictive Strategy game, the clouds are at war. Clouds have different power, based on their weather conditions.
Your goal is to insurrect the other clouds and claim control of the skies!

Click or drag to select one or more clouds.
Click another cloud to send half your warriors for attack.
Hold CTRL to send all warriors from the selected cloud(s).
Press SPACE to select all clouds.

When you collect a star, you can then click on one of your clouds to upgrade it: speed, capacity, generation rate. This also changes the look of the cloud, such as lightning for speed, rain for capacity, and sun for generation rate (which also helps you decide which of the existing clouds to conquer). I mostly used speed and generation. Don't forget to use space bar to select all clouds, which is also helpful for getting to a star more quickly.
