The Pocalypse Defense是一款以The Pocalypse網路漫畫（http://www.thepocalypse.com）為基礎的防禦遊戲。你將操作Joe，一個看似普通但擁有超能力的年輕人。與你的好友Bernie、Jess和機器人Harry一起，你的任務是保護New Hammerston倖存者的殖民地，抵禦飢餓的殭屍、兇暴的突變體、食人植物怪、殺人機器和綁架倖存者的吸血鬼！
遊玩說明
使用W/S鍵讓Joe在你防守的大門上下移動。用A/D鍵或滑鼠滾輪切換可用武器。點擊目標使用武器。當你擊敗所有敵人時，該關卡（或波次）結束。當所有波次完成或New Hammerston的大門生命值歸零時，遊戲結束。你的好友Bernie和Jess會自動攻擊。點擊遊戲畫面左下角的按鈕可啟動機器人Harry的技能，Harry需要有足夠能量才能施展技能。每波結束後，你會獲得點數並重新進入基地。在這裡你可以升級裝備和基地相關物品。隨心所欲地花費你的點數！部分高級升級需要一定數量的市民才能購買。你可以在每波中救援倖存者來增加市民數量。倖存者在跑向大門時會受傷，但你可以點擊他們為他們恢復生命值，直到他們抵達大門。一旦他們到達大門，他們就成為市民。市民越多，大門的自動恢復速度也越高。遊戲結束時，你可以提交你的高分，看看自己在全球玩家中的排名！

- Added a Retry button that resets score and restores the gate’s health, so you can retry the last wave.
- Made shotgun more useful.
- Added End Game & Submit Score button at the end of a wave.
- Joe is now able to reload and walk at the same time.
- No more interruption of reloading on mouse click.
- Added keyboard shortcuts for Harry’s abilities.(Z, X, C, and V)
- More ammo for laser and faster reload.
- Nerfed the rocket launcher.
- Made Quick Fix cheaper.
- Fixed a few bugs.

its less expensive to buy higher tiers of upgrades first. It'll only charge you for the cost of the highest upgrade you get instead of charging for all the previous upgrades as well

Outpost commander"You three are our last hope. But we still need to get a working budget going, so you will have to pay for every thing you use. Oh and the tank is a playground now (even though it still works) so you can't use that. Alright every one got? Good heres a pistol, and you can just punch zombies. Good luck!"

Interesting game, but tough learning curve. If you can survive the first 10 rounds, it gets better. Controls feel a little quirky. Otherwise, I like the style and the theme. 4/5
