Maybe it's just cause I'm older, but when I hear 360 attack for an arcade game I always think of the movie "The Last Starfighter" where I think the best example of a limited 360 attack exists. Not that it has to be quite that extreme, the main point is that it got the job done and was useful. The 360 attack here has so far failed to even hit anything as far as I've seen.
Also, if you hype up the tank's ghost mode so much, put it on a recharge, not as another limited use pick-up item.

on level 2 my controls keep locking up and i can't go up or down reset same thing.

Would be nice to get a passcode if you voluntarily quit the game. And the 360 attack is completely useless since it doesn't upgrade in firepower and it makes you lose control of your tanks aim during the attack. 3/5 for now, 4/5 if you fix balancing issues, 5/5 if you include choosable upgrades and a nice retro-storyline (all your base R belong to us)

Very nice! Smooth gameplay, decent action. It could be a little harder, I finished the base levels without having to restart a single one, and only a couple of deaths. Also, I'd like to manage the upgrades myself -- this also adds to replay value quite a bit, because one can experiment with different upgrade approaches. Finally, the bosses should be tougher. Mostly, they should have some missiles that they shoot at you, and some that they just shoot in a fixed pattern. Otherwise it is too easy to avoid them by just moving constantly. Great game, though.
