Sailing past Somalia, you have found a lone fisherman in a boat, which suddenly attacked you. Obviously this is a pirate. Good that you have a rapid-gun.

Level 1 and many other levels have boats that are invisible off the bottom of the screen, continue often flat out doesn't work, accuracy is so bad you're lucky to hit the ocean, no sound at all other than music, levels start with boats 2/3 of the way across the screen good luck hitting any, crosshair has a tendency to go wild if you move it off the screen - that's just a sampling of the bugs in here - there are probably some I've forgotten. Unplayable in it's current state.

I added the achievements that increase the accuracy of sight. I also can not pass the 20th stage, to be honest :-)

Also impossible past level 10.
Thank you for your comments, can be done so that the accuracy of sight increases from level to level?
