Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Won't load now.. passes black screen to a picture of a green cube with 4 things sticking out of the side and won't pass that screen.

Much better balance! Now it feels like I can start to develop strategy to get back towards the levels I was at before the updates.
Couple Ideas
1.Random maps would be awesome. Or at least a few maze type maps would be fun.
2.Random upgrade squares - example; anytower placed on this square has 2xrange or 2xdamage,etc,etc

It is now way harder than it was. Consider lowering the upgrade values. Making it a grind fest for small upgrades can and most likely will make people bore quickly with the game.
And I would encourage a lower initial cost of lvl 1 towers and than the upgrades higher cost.

make successive levels require more kills. Otherwise the reward stagnates a lot.
