Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. You are happily standing on the shore trying to catch fish when suddenly a shark grabs your fisher boy and drags him away. You must save him! You get coins for catching fish and can spend those coins on new lures and rods. The challenge is casting as far as you can by releasing at the right moment, luring without getting attracting the wrong size fish, and reeling in without getting eaten by another fish or other sea creature.
This is an implementation of the Lost Garden Fishing Girl prototyping challenge.

遊玩說明
1. Casting - Click and hold the left mouse button to start casting, release to cast.
2. Luring and reeling in a fish - Click the mouse button to pull in the fishing line
3. If you rod has a power reel, when the power reel is charged move your mouse quickly in the direction you want to move.

It's a fun game, but the turtles can get quite annoying as well as the other fish eating your fish. good game with a neat concept but a few kinks. 3/5.

Couple things I found helpful. While it is tempting to just cast as far as you can right away, it is better to clear the way of the closer fish first so you don't have to try to weave through them so much and lose points for a couple bits.
Bombs don't just work on sharks, turtles are nice to clear out too. Remember to go to menu and save once in a while... frustrating to do a bunch of work and have it lost b/c of something stupid.
And unless you want your game to glitch out don't power reel into the cave at the bottom.
