This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. Man it takes FOREVER to kill yourself by smoking. It was much easier just to stop playing.... Oh.... I see what you did there.

I think half the fun in this game is cloud-gazing at the lungs when they're half destroyed. Mine turned into a fat seahorse staring at a dancing lady in heavy robes.

It takes forever to destroy those lungs. Just like in real life. I just gave up. (not smoking)
