I neither see the girl nor how to proceed as I can't jump high enough to make it anywhere.

How can I get to the secret ending?
I'm stuck in the first level with a button.
I would need someone to keep the button pressed but I didn't take the girl with me.

There's another way out. Hint: Don't destroy all the cannons.
