the game is really cool but needs improvements. Add some music and few sound effects. Give some bonuses, maybe a hint option (that costs few seconds for every use). Also on higher levels where there is many small shapes it's difficult to see solution. All shapes look similar. Maybe use some different colors.

Get rid of the "Extra time" feature. You get plenty of time already.
Fun bug: You can keep playing when the game is over. You just can't see some of the squares in the middle.
