This was an incredibly bad game. It didn't make any sense. The puzzles weren't really even puzzles, so much as "figure out what random thing you're supposed to click before clicking the other thing". This was very, very low-quality.
Well made and good quality, it's just not fun or entertaining. I feel like I'm going to have to put a lot of work into building up the skill needed to not be terrible, but I'm not seeing any fun or reason to actually put that work in. Grinding one or two coins at a time isn't meaningful either.
Dammit, not enough comments to know what to think yet. 3.6 rating and 3 comments here. Hopefully everyone is just too busy playing it because it's fun. And not, what I fear, that yet more vote manipulation is happening on kong without them giving any f^cks about it...
Well, even turning it down to lowest quality, I simply can't play this game on my laptop. I played the first at work on their nice fancy computers but now I have a better job and no new fancy computers to play on. This is really sad. I loved the first one. I love what I see on this one. But I can't even attempt to play it. Jumping doesn't happen at the right time, as it slows my computer to a crawl just trying to keep the game here even while doing nothing. Please, PLEASE talk to someone about how to make this game not be so slow and laggy. I'm not sure what you're doing with the coding, but there's a way to make it better. You have the premise and the talent, it just needs refinement.
Level 12! Time to leave and never ever come back. Kongregate, f^ck you guys so hard. I remember when I used to appreciate your website. Now not only do you allow crappy games like this, you actively encourage them by giving them contests and plastering them all over your front page. Despicable. Truly despicable. If you're not going to treat your players and members with decency, at least treat your developers. Kingdom Rush was amazing and brought you a ton of traffic, and then you go and let a horrible knock off like this walk all over your fanbase. For what? Money? Good job. Hope your money is worth being a piece of crap.
It really bugs me that I have no idea whether you were trying to say "people who don't realize global warming isn't real are stupid" or that you honestly want people to believe it's a hoax for some reason. I don't know, when the protagonist says it's wrong, and the bad teacher says its true, I'm getting mixed signals here. Either way, poor form for trying to use stupid partisan politics to make your game edgier or whatever.
What a fun, visually pleasing game. The audio was perfect too. Feel free to make a lot more games like this. I fully anticipate this game rising up pretty high for this weeks best games.
Why does such a shitty game have such a high rating? I saw it when it had 20 plays and it had a 4.0+ rating. The comments are nothing but complaints about it and yet it's still sitting this high. I'm not saying vote manipulation, but vote manipulation.
Might be one of the most fundamentally un-fun games I have ever seen. Everything about this game is a tedious challenge for no other point than a tedious challenge. Winning this game would be like winning a competition for getting poked in the eye the most times without flinching. Good job, I guess?
Alright now this is just dumb... I've restarted this game about 8 times. Everytime I refresh the page, I lose all of my ranks and money and everything. I figured it just wasn't saving. Now I'm come back to this game, and before I even start playing it awards me the badge for having made it to rank 6. Yet I'm right back to rank 1. What the hell, guys? I've read through, and apparently I'm not the only person that's having a problem with the game saving. And yet nobody seems to be doing anything about it.
Laggy. I mean, unplayably laggy. I hold the button down, and 5-10 seconds later it'll move in a very jumpy way. The game is way too big, too. There is no reason for the screen to be THIS large. Other than that, the gameplay has been done before, and it's been done better.
What the hell is this? This is awful. I can't even see anything that's going on because they entire screen goes black unless I mouse over everything. And what I HAVE seen was pretty boring. Not to mention the giant DEMO VERSION sticking up in the corner? Maybe buy a full version before trying to make a game next time..?
