Putting a hazard just after the level scrolling is basically forcing a player to play through half the stage all over again. Solving stages through trial and error.
If it's happening consistently, please put in a support ticket with the formation you're using and the area you were trying to clear, and the team can look into it.
I think I found a bug (?) - In level 24, slide straight up, and just as you're about to hit the top, slide to the left and hit the block. If timed correctly, you start sliding backwards. The longer you take to press left, the slower you'll slide (if you already hit the top wall, you won't slide at all).
