Now, this is the tale all about how
my life was flipped, turned upside-down
and I’d like to take a minute, just sit right there
I’ll tell you how I became the prince of a place, Saint-Nazaire
In western Great Britain, I was born and raised
in my mansion was where i spent most of my days
checking my watch and sipping some tea
and being all fancy out by the sea
when a couple of blokes, they were here from the states;
started making trouble on my dad’s estate
I played one game of cricket
and my mum just glared
and said
“You’re moving with your auntie in Saint-Nazaire”
I called my chauffeur and when he came near
his boat had no license plate, and also no mirror
if anything, this boat looked a bit queer,
but I said “Good chap, let’s to ‘Nazaire’!”
My boat reached the shore at eight-thirty sharp,
and I said to my chauffeur, “Thomas, good man, ta-ta!”
I gazed at my new home,
I was finally there, to sit on my throne as, prince of Saint-Nazaire.
