ok, we're looking into the lag issues -- uploaded a new build today, and hopefully some of the changes we made reduce lag. Also if you're experiencing lag, please press capslock and let me know what your framerate is, that may help. thanks!
For everyone finding the game sluggish, try playing in a fresh browser instance (quit your browser completely and start it again), or a different browser (eg Chrome if you typically use Firefox). N is pretty processor intensive!
