How exactly in % is the Damage Bonus of the Killer´s Carrot? In the Text of the description there is only – All damage in a Plains Area is increased by !dmgBonus" What does “!dmgBonus” mean?

So when do you intend to fix the problem with skill use in CMs . I have wasted 3 keys now. Refreshed my browser for the first try,closed and relaunched my browser for the second and rebooted my comp for the third. all 3 times I had a 30 second leg to use a skill. Hey so my game keeps saying that the cloud version is more up to date than a local save. I was wondering where said local save is so I can delete it and stop getting that popping up. If it’s on my pc what would be the file name. Anything to help me delete that and remove the message would be greatly appreciated.
