I downloaded an old Flash version and jumped back in. The game is now fixed and fully playable! However the kongregate badges won't work anymore, sorry about that.
The game appears to be broken here on Kongregate. Sorry about that. There's nothing I can do about it now. But you it works on my itch io page with the Ruffle emulator:

Hey awesome people! If you enjoyed Sprite Sequence, you can now get Chapter 2 on Kartridge, itch and Steam! Hope you like it and thanks for player Chapter 1!
Decent game. But iT's annoying how some objects pop out and seem interactive but ain't (what's with the unusable ladder??). At the same time, some important objects don't pop-out so much due to lack of contrast (like the purple spikes a bit later on).
Yeah, I just didn't have time in the end, shame, but that's the nature of time constraints I guess... I ended up making this entire game in less than a day in the end cos I was so busy this week!
Can't say it's very original, we've seen the concept very often and the controls are sometimes unresponsive. I also hate dying that much! It's still a great entry for the jam with a good level of polish.
Hitting the arrows is not synchronized with the singing. The singing doesn't have much of a rhythm line to follow either. It's a good idea but the realization doesn't do it justice.
Not a bad concept but the controls are extremely frustrating! It's a good thing I could cling to walls because jumping is often unresponsive and I kept falling from the most basic of jumps. Also the levels seem so large that I don't really want to start over. Good try though.
Not too fond of idle games but nicely done for a 1 week game. It gets very easy once you can alternatively invest in "fake friends" and microtransactions. This is called a positive feedback loop and kind of break the game but at least it allows it to NOT last forever!
Quite nice upgrade game. However it suffers from several small issues that really hinder the experience : the first levels take are tedious and the powers don't help much to go through them because of the charge. I would have liked to start the levels with a charge of the powers to quicken the pace. We don't see enough space in front of us. We have to get real close to the edge of the screen for the camera to follow. I often get hurt because I don't know I'm getting the edge.
Thanks for the feedback. We'll take it into consideration for the next update. Happy gaming. UPDATE: Just read that any changes on the game must be made after the jam is over. So one more week :( 2ND UPDATE: Changes made
Very nice entry for the jam! Good job! Lot of variety in the graphics, large environment and attention to details up to the end with the interactive hot-dogs. The sheeps and goats are very annoying though. Loved the palace of mirros.
Have you considered implementing like check points / warp points of some sort? "Launch from planet 10", "Launch from planet 20". I've cleared 16 and I don't see the game offering much surprises for the remaining of the game.
It's quite cool though. Loved playing it.
No, I don't think so. a 3 points game will never have much success and will fall into the pit of forgotten games all the same. If you can't manage at least a 3.5, the game will never go very far. Anyway, if even a shit game got enough "sympathy" from the players that actually take the time to go dig into the "newest releases", it will most probably get thrashed as soon as it hit the front page. Don't be too sour about this. Keep working hard. ;)
That's a very good game but the level design is VERY unforgiving in some places even near the beginning of the game. Sound effects get annoying pretty quickly. Very good job but there is some place for improvement. Maybe it would have benefited from more testing?
Funny that your first version actually got a better score. I think kongregate players are sympathetic with "promising demos" but not so much with games that look more finished. The game is lacking: a proper debriefing, to know what's the money you got and why. A better interface. The upgrade menu doesnt look very good in particular. Some more interactions. Now it just feel a bit random. What interactions? No idea, maybe bonuses for crashing things. This would probably be fun and gives something to do while falling down to the ground.
