Right now, CBP isn’t requiring EVUS registration in america. It has no time frame to when a fee may be put into place, although CBP anticipates a EVUS enrollment fee could be instituted at a certain stage in the future. CBP is working quite closely with all the U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to educate consumers about the benefits of EVUS.
