Studying every weekday. Been working through DirectX 9, also go back to C++ books and going through them to refresh my mind. It also helps me learn something that I might not of understood properly or forgot.

Planning on taking A-Level Maths soon and another course after that to get enough credits for a Computer Science degree. Will then go on a Game Development course for 1 year. It should give me a bit of experience in working in the industry with a team of programmers and artists, whilst being supervised by a mentor. Sounds fun and it should allow me to see where I am skill wise compared to other people.

I already have a few ideas for games I want to create, it’s just learning to put those ideas into code.

I’ve also been dabbling with the SDL API which is quite enjoyable. I’m hoping to get something up and running with that soon. Only clones, once I feel confident and ready, I will work on one of my games with SDL and see how it goes.
