Yard Keeper

Beschreibung

Yard Keeper is a game about defending your garden.

You are the yard keeper. Cube snakes and lawn mowers overrun the garden, and your job is to keep it clean.

You walk, and your crossbow aims and fires by itself. Defeated enemies leave XP crystals. Every level up offers three upgrade cards, and luck can raise a card to a higher rarity.

A run lasts 15 minutes, and the loot you pick up stays yours at the end. Crystals level you up, and screws and snakeskin go into your backpack.

This is an early version, made by one person, and it grows with every update. The enemies look silly, but they will kill you.

Age guide: 13+. Cartoon combat.

AI statement: The graphics were created with AI image tools. Part of the code was written with an AI coding assistant. All music tracks are AI generated. Sound effects and all texts were made without AI.

Spielanleitung

Move with WASD or the arrow keys, or with the left stick on a gamepad. Your crossbow aims and fires by itself.

Pick up the crystals that enemies drop. Every level up shows three cards. Pick one.

A run ends after 15 minutes or when your health hits zero. Everything in your backpack stays yours.

Esc pauses the game. The button at the right edge opens fullscreen.
