Data Processing Addendum

Kongregate's Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is incorporated into, and is a part of, the Agreement between Kongregate and the Processor.

Kongregate's DPA is comprised of the following parts, which collectively form the DPA:

1. General terms and conditions of the DPA (“DPA TERMS”);
2. Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”);
3. Annex 1, 2 and 3 (“ANNEXES”).
