Hello everyone! There was a bug with Lightning Strike and Titan Challenge 4 which may have caused several issues. It is now fixed and working as intended: you can refresh your page to get the latest version (v1.5.45.3) or leave us a PM if you have any question to ask.
We just uploaded a new version that automatically fixes all lost Snowballs, bringing your Snowball stat to the correct amount you should have. You only need to refresh your page and get the latest version (1.5.43.4 as of this writing), everything will be fixed automatically and instantly.
There was another bug which caused incorrect Snowballs production while offline (both on screen and from the Snowman assistant). This has been fixed and now offline production should work as intended. Rember to refresh your page to get the latest version and sorry for the inconvenience!
There was an issue which caused Snowballs not persist through Abdications. This has since been fixed and now they persist through Abdications and Reincarnations, please refresh your page to get the latest version. If you lost a significant amount of Snowballs due to this bug, please PM us and we'll respond asap.

We uploaded an hotfix a few minutes ago to improve game performance and prepare for further updates, however it seems to have caused issues with Bloodlines and Mercenary display containers.
We are working on it and it will be fixed asap.
We are investigating a game crash issue (only treasure and mana bar shown, grey background) and contacting people who run into it. Please send us a PM if this happens to you again.
There was an issue which caused the last Slave Pen upgrade, Slave Trading, not to work correctly while affiliated with the Goblin Faction (there already is a Slave Trading goblin upgrade and double names may cause problems). This has been fixed and is now live.
To all users who fail to receive offline reports or have offline production issues: this is probably caused by incorrect timezone or daylight saving settings. Most of the bug reports regarding this problem were solved by having the user sync their OS with the correct timezone.
Hello everyone! It's just a couple days from the update now - everything is in shape, we are just awaiting for some authorizations before we can publish it. A wednesday release is likely, thursday or friday tops.
News on the update : we are approaching the end of the testing phase, trying to squash some bugs and tweaking the numbers a bit. We can confirm a release date before the end of next week if nothing majorly catastrophic happens, maybe even this week if we are lucky enough. We are very happy with the new factions and with everything that revolves around them, we can only hope you will like it too!
We just reached 1.000.000 Players, and 4.00 stars rating in the same day! Thank you all guys, you have been a great community! News on what's going on from the developers side: we are still working on our expansion update, it will be something really huge. We can now confirm 3 completely new and unique Neutral "prestige" factions, new upgrade tiers for all buildings, new random/fun upgrades and no less than 100 new trophies including secret ones. Hopefully we will expand the late game content enough even for people who already have gems in the billions area. Minor changes and balancing improvements are also being considered for the current factions.
We'd like to thank you guys for the awesome feedback you have been giving so far, we are reading all of it and, as you should have seen by now, some of your suggestions actually make it to our schedule :) please keep it up! We are now working on a massive update including but not limited to neutral factions and much more endgame content. This will take some more time than what you are accustomed to, however we may push out some balancing updates or gui features mid-way. Thanks for playing our game!
We are constantly trying to eliminate gray screen crashes and save issues, more and more fixes are uploaded with each update, however almost every player has a different reason to run into problems like these. We personally tried different combinations of computer hardware, OSs, browsers and flash versions in a variety of scenarios where players were reporting to have their game crash or reset and every time we could reproduce a bug, we fixed it. Eventually we'll probably manage to prevent all situations we have means of, please bear with us and keep reporting your data including all the info you are able to. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
To everyone having crash issues: we just reverted some changes to underlying libraries we did in the last update, this should solve the problem. Sorry about the inconvenience.
@Everyone asking for offline gains: we're currently working on the offline production, but we need some time in order to test it. Bear with us, we are doing our best to release as soon as possible.
We are aware of the performance issue many people are reporting and we are still working to fix them. We noticed that most of the problems are caused by Google Chrome browser. The game seems to run smoother on Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Fixed now.
