“A severed heart heart, so found aflame,
doth fall awild and ’tis hard to tame,
So bright the fire doth burn at night,
that all find fear and take to flight.

But in the dark another lurks,
A kindred soul among the murk,
of pain and anger grown so strong,
that none may wish to right the wrong.

A heart broken once doth make one lame,
A heart pained twice do start the flame,
A heart is cold when broken thrice,
So the flame of one doth melt the ice.

So remember all who feel so lost,
that many other this path have crossed,
They creep among the fallen stars,
And they, like you, have come as far.

Do not fret for fear of pain,
A love once lost is found again,
Inside the depths of another’s eyes,
so deep that none may hold to lies.

Search deep and dark my brethren kin,
I hide amongst the crashing din,
And hope a heart like mine, to win.
