You can share previously created Custom Items via the Content Menu. If you don't have any custom items, there's a tutorial section on how to create them.

What a great game!!!It's one of those i will screw around for an hour and you end up laying for three hours! it's such a simple concept but it's wonderfully done!!! Can't wait for Mutilate-A-Doll 3!!!!!!!!

hey rava i know this is weird but what about a time machine?? its like a portal but releases the items inserted like couple of seconds later etc.no going back in time tho coz thats impossible xD

@lemartynas - Any form of 'multiplayer' will simply never be added, suggesting different game modes will not make the reply different, MaD2 simply won't have multiplayer. Read the FaQ.

Can we have Stronger Dolls? I think it would be a great add to the game if there was at least some more strenght added to them, now that i've mastered the art of killing dolls, i would be more than grateful if that was indeed added!

hey Orava my game some times crashes but not all the way it gets rid of the back ground and every thing else and i cant spawn anything. happens some times when like 4 ragdolls get killed or too many items

did anyone eles have a problem where their game is not allowing them to click custom items? like this if you have that problem too
