The item format doesn't mark/label any of the parts of the item in any way, they're all just generic shapes as far as the game is concerned.
Meaning, there's just no way of detecting which parts of the cut item are "essential" for the functionality, so all functionality is simply disabled on any cut.
You can preview the items in-game via the "Import" button on the bottom of the library. Please note that it is indeed just a preview, any and all permanent implementation happens through myself. Feel free to send me the item file for a chance at seeing it in-game.

Oh, and with the tool to play as a ragdoll, maybe you could have it so that you can set up allies and enemies. (Really getting annoyed of how you can't edit or delete comments, lol, really hope they add that)

Almost forgot, maybe in that mode with the tool, you could have a ragdoll like, hold guns and shoot by left clicking or something like that?

IdeaS: Shot-pistol (A pistol that shoots 3 pellets in every shot, Basically a shotgun pistol) Wasp hive (like a beehive only the "Bees" are more damaging, spawn more often from the hive, and rather flying randomly will chase after alive objects/dolls in a radius around the hive)

Make it so that the projectiles associated with the properties of a launching item. For example, I had a shotgun with fire properties on it, it shot flames. Then I saved it, the shotgun was still flammable, but not the bullets. I'd like the fire bullets permanently.
Multi-part / flexible items are out of the picture for technical reasons, this includes whips, chains, flails, and what have you. More vials are possible, feel free to suggest more specific ideas.

idea: oil barrel if you shoot it will blow up but.. if you press the action key then it will spill oil that no matter what it lands on it makes it flamable

I got an Idea! zoom in ONLY for edit mode, when you go to playing mode it deactivates right away! This can help in attaching joints!

Hey Ive noticed some color errors in the game, I would make a table for example and turn it bright white, and then copy and paste the WHOLE save file/code onto a document and keep it hidden away, and then when I come back the next day and reload it some of the tables Ive made go back to brown and the ragdoll that I changed his clothing to full red went back to standard grey and blue.
