[Detail Tool > Settings > Health]. A lot of triggerable items also have force/radius/duration settings there.

Under rating threshold (show) I really like this game and used to play it a while ago. A lot of things were added and I love them, but very often dragging doesn't work. When I played it before, every time I clicked on something and dragged it, it was moving. But right now that's not the case and it really makes it unplayable sometimes.

[Spawn > Settings > Weight] was recently increased to allow you to make extremely heavy items.
