Custom Items are stored locally, managing and backing them up is solely up to you. The game can't do anything about that. See FAQ in the description for a link.

I have played this wonderful game for hours on end, and that shouldn't be suprising, considering these two facts:
1: I'm a homicidal maniac
2: this is the best simulation of mutilated dolls I've ever played.
