Under rating threshold (show) can you please remove the ability to scroll through the spawning panel with the arrow keys or at least add an option to disable it? It makes it very difficult to rotate items with that window enabled.

What is your use case where it's interfering with rotating? It shouldn't work while spawning, or while mouse is on top of an item.

The Detail Tool pretty much does that. It lets you change healths/trigger force+radius+duration/etc.
