So... I am assuming that since converters won't quiet do the trick you'll have to re-code (Idk if that is the right way to say it since my knowledge about coding, game developing and more is, well, non-existent) the game or stuff, that's unfortunate...
Flash to HTML5 isn't some automagical process, but would require rebuilding the game. Converters barely work for simple games, and MaD2 is anything but simple.

Will mutilate-adoll-2 still be runnable by December 2020? Adobe flash expect flash to be gone, and how else will we be able to play without adobe flash?
MaD2 download edition is futureproofed against Flash EOL since it uses Adobe AIR. It’s available on Discord/Itch.io/Kartridge/Steam. You'll be able to play on the web as long as you can, it's not like Adobe is going to destroy every Flash Player with the press of a button.
