So, I was wondering about the way the game works. When you pull up the spawn menu and the items are there for you to see, are the items that with collision off, or is there some sort of layering, or what?
Did you read the tooltip of the button? It focuses identical items (hiding everything else), as you can't transfer skins between different items due to the way skins work.

There is a glitch where hands are backwards after saving them as custom items as two different saves (such as V2s, and V3s). I've found a way to counter it, but I think that people shouldn't have to do something confusing in order for their custom items to work right. If there were any reports, I think this glitch should be solved.

there is. it's called "Soap". i know there are more items that can do this like water, but i really dont like remembering names :(
I can't fix things that haven't been reported by anyone. Nobody has mentioned anything wrong with the key besides yourself just now. Might want to check [Settings > Keymapping].

I wish there was a type of doll or drone that would fix broken items. like if you accidentally cut a gun, it would make it possible to fire again.
