Nope. Joints can't really be selected properly so modifying them isn't feasible.

I can't fix things that haven't been reported by anyone. Nobody has mentioned anything wrong with the key besides yourself just now. Might want to check [Settings > Keymapping].

It spawns missiles when something is directly underneath it. Its own angle or velocity doesn't matter.
