Haven't watched RWBY. I approve a ton of items designed by players. If it has the flask icon in Spawn menu, it was made in MaD Lab by someone other than myself.

0rava, when I'm building a character, I usually use ghosted bricks for clothes. However, even though the ghost option on the part is on, sometimes it doesn't register and I end up smashing my character's head off. Why?

orva can yoou add a cliff map plz so it will be so tall that when the doll falls it will explode when it hits the ground

zk2060 - Click "show more" in the description/instructions. You can also look in the forums. Beetle - If I'm correct about what you mean there, then you already can. Use tab while hovering your mouse above the item. (There are other ways too)

DaBoss and zk2060 - No. Read the FaQ. You can control dolls well enough already by dragging (or using a weak drag-launch for jumping). Hair can already easily be done in-game (one easy to make hair type is just rotating a hide canteen, triggering it to disable the water, and welding it to the doll's head).
