Mobile is not planned whatsoever due to (lack of) performance. Flash and mobile don’t mix too well even straight out of the bag, and especially not with physics like these.
Undo/Redo is actually super complex to make, it would basically involve keeping track of EVERY action the player does (spawning, triggering, all the text fields, etc, etc.) Probably not going to happen. The next best thing is probably Quicksaving (Default hotkey: C) every now and then so you can load if you accidentally mess something up.
Keymapping > System > Clean Shrapnel is as close as you're going to get. It deletes all destroyed stuff and clears the particles. Other than that you can use Soap, Bubble Gun, or various water items to actually clean items.

I think you should change the riot shields glass to be able to break from powerful explosions and repeated shots from high powered guns like the sniper or minigun.
