The "slingblade" is not a slingblade. A slingblade is an improvised sword/machete made from a lawn mower blade. That looks like its an actual sword

@badgeronbuxton - No, read the FaQ. @w01fg4ng - No. Buffdoll WILL NOT return. Period. This decision is further solidified the more you complain that it's gone. @Mr3041 - Did you also press "Apply Skin" afterwards? It's only put into effect when you press that, because otherwise the game would have to respawn the item thousands of times a second while you're modifying (unless you type in the color code to change the skin, but many don't).

How about a gore effect? You could have brains flying everywhere and it would be satisfying as hell. Think Happy Wheels, kinda.

add radiation effect like smoke combined with acid , toxic ,poison ,smoke but you can see through it it well poison the ragdoll and toxicate it and a few seconds later it dies
Radiation has been suggested a few times but it's a bit boring to implement since damage-wise it'd be pretty similar to poisoning, and due to the fact that making lasting effects in an area is a bit iffy (most statuses in the game are measured in seconds and don't really linger around.)
