Can you list the exact steps to reproduce the issue after refreshing the page? It's been reported before, but I can't make it happen on my end so I can't fix it.

Under rating threshold (show) Can You Add A Ragdoll Retriever Power Or Something Like That, It's Were if a ragdoll is passed out it will wake it up, I personally really like that idea (the reason with the shock power is that it damages them so we need something that does not damage)

Camera culling on unpause should've been fixed in yesterday's patch for the properly reported case of it happening. Make sure you're on the latest version by doing a force refresh (see link for info), and if it's still happening, report the issue in detail following the Bug Reports thread www.kongregate.com/forums/9794/topics/725152-bug-reports
