Not hard at all because the paint functionality has been in the game since Paint Gun was added.

Under rating threshold (show) How about a fist tool? I am playing a roleplay right now and that would be very useful. It would hurt the ragdoll and knock him out like an anesthetic. Maybe it would have a model like a fist? I understand it it's not possible because it might not be that easy.
