There should be a primitive medkit,that fully heals the ragdoll but doesn't clean the ragdoll.Either that,either make the medkit ONLY heal him,seeing that there's already a cleaning power

lightning10006. orava said he will not add water, but you can still get water from the bucket item. the other fluids are not really necessary. just use your imagination, like put burning properties on a breakable which you color red for lava.

Two new ideas! Fluids - Like water, acid, lava, etc. and fluid eraser - We cannot use the normal eraser to erase fluids, it will erase blocks if so.

I'm working on MaD Lab, the item editor for MaD2. The editor needs an update so making items would be more comfortable than it currently is. Please check the news sources in the description first next time. I update them regularly.

when a guy is under anaesthesic, put a hat on it's head, it will revive, if you remove the hat, it will fall

Orava , Madlab is good enough , maybe perfect , can you just work now in the game? I don't see any update for ages focusing in the game .
MaD Lab is far from perfect, and needs a proper reboot for futureproofing. Please understand that I'm looking at the big picture here, with hundreds of items polished (from various item creators, and of varying quality) under my belt. It's not a case of "just" working on the game as well as the editor simultaneously. Editor work is very complex, and I have to put all in for the time being. Besides, the number of polished items does rise as I test the new editor features with submitted items. Once the editor stuff is over with, the content update should follow relatively soon since it's only functionality work afterwards. Be patient.

New Sword Idea : Make FLLFFL's Sword, it has a button on the grey spot of the hilt that activates gas that can either burn or boost.Options are available by pressing M and configuring the sword to switch to burn/boost.

I don't know if it is just me, or an actual problem (and its probably just me), but the search bar in the Spawn menu always seems to be very hard to keep open, if my mouse moves a fraction of an inch, it goes to the "Search" fill-in. If this is a problem for other people, maybe Orava can take a look.

you know, if you use slow motion, and throw a ragdoll somewhere, it will be okay. BUT! if you go in slow motion and throw a ragdoll somewhere and switch OUT of slow motion, there is a 60% chance it will lose one of its body parts. please fix

you can like if you "hate"someone you can like use stuff to kill the ragdoll and maybe you will feel like you killed that person

Add a paint tool. When equipping, it have this colour picker (And hue selector or whatever). And if you set it to what colour and click a bodypart, it will become that colour. (Though it is the whole thing. Like you make it black and click a pistol, the whole thing will turn black. But if you click an arm, it will only effect the arm of the ragdoll. Not the hand.)
