a good power would be a Necrotic power! It would slowly over time turn one or more part of something or an object zombie like or skeleton like, the only thing is that u have to use the debuff ability to heal it or the item but if its to late the only way to bring it back to life you would have to use the healin power and it will only bring it to life and not heal it.
