You can use the Detail Tool to modify health of dolls+armour, as well as damage for some items with functionality. Melee weapon damage is physics-driven for cutting/blunt and can't be modified apart from making the weapons heavier/lighter. Firearm damage for plain bullet weapons depends on the velocity+size of the projectile, which you can modify using some of the attachments.

Just to clear things: NT line are Tanks for "Big" wars, and are not designed to be portable. The "Normal" line are Tanks for "Small" wars, and are designed to be portable.
Neptune, however is going to be a portable Tank, but in the NT line, since it will focus on firepower. Odyssey, on the other hand, is the succesor to Tank 2000, designed to be big, and strong.

Just in case anyone was wondering, the doll can withstand the weight of over 40 Mjolnirs if you evenly distribute them
