idea 4 power: Black hole. it would be this black whirlpool with a purple aura that sucks anything in reach and if it doesn't completely devour an item, the said item will be horribly malformed.

Can we have tool hotkeys? Like, instead of having to open the tool selection menu and clicking on the tool we need all the time, we could just have a few buttons that select each tool (T for trigger, D for drag, X for delete, R for rope, J for joint, etc.) and pressing one will cause you to automatically switch to that tool. Rate this up if you want to see it in the game, guys!

A ray grenade, when this grenade explodes a bunch of rays (7 seems like a good number) jet out in all directions and cuts whatever can be cut, these rays are straight like the laser gun.

A mutation power too, The mutation would kill from the main body first, if possible also could cause minor disfigurement in limbs (EG: shortness, distortion) would that be possible?

another slowmo problem, arc nades aren't "removed" if they explode in slowmo. they can be pulled off the ragdoll and thrown back on to reignite the fuse after they blow a first time.
