I have no idea why you are saying that the dolls are made out of just blood and that you wont add AI yet the dolls can stand and will raise their cut limbs to slow down bleeding. That sounds like they aren't just bags of blood but intelligent life.
Standing is honestly more of a "quality of life"-type of feature, because dolls flopping to the ground constantly just gets tedious in the long run. But if you absolutely must push it, I can brush the mechanic off with magnets to make everyone happy. Generally, whenever I'm talking about AI, I mean the Interactive Buddy-kind of AI where dolls would walk around and make smiley face speech bubbles and stuff, which is never ever happening no matter what forever, because it simply does not fit in MaD in any way due to the fact that at the end of they day, they are just ragdolls, nothing more, nothing less.

hey i know it was sugested many times and it sad not to sugest but about the bones/organs make the ragdol like an box of joints w the organs ALREADI inside and whenu cut it they can come out and the grey bodi is like an background than move and u cant interact but its in place + if u agree

Ideas: Weather? For the background stuff their will be an option for weather that you can use, for instance rain. Blue droplets will drop from the top area of the game, the droplets being like non physics regular blood (NOT SMOOTH) and will put out fires but other than that it is nothing more than for the looks. Also thunder, lightning, clouds that form (upon activation of course).
