As long as Kong doesn't stop serving the games entirely, you can. It'll require jumping through some hoops, though, such as keeping a dedicated Flash-supported browser version on hand, or using another player that runs the game properly. MaD2 download will also be on sale a couple times before Flash EoL still if you want to pick it up to avoid all the browser headaches.
