Layers are 0/1/2 for background/default/foreground. For in-layer sorting, latest items are always on top. You can move things to top by respawning them via the Detail tool.

When creating an account through MaD2, there should be an IQ test. If you score lower than freezing point, the site shuts down for you. Then the chats would probably be empty, huh?
